In 2018, I had the WILD & Fearless idea to quit my stable, high paying Corporate Sales job and to restart my Business Coaching business. 

I had no idea what in the hell I was doing or how to bring my business online. 

I knew that I wanted to help people, and I was great at making sales in the Corporate World, but for some reason, when I made offers in my business all I heard were crickets.  

I felt frustrated, confused and defeated. I wanted to make it work SO BADLY. 

I wanted the visibility, to use my voice and not use my story and my experience building companies, to help others .. but I had no idea how to stand out.

I hid in my business for a while, trying to conform to the idea of what successful looking coaches were doing online.  That was the type of person I thought people would want to follow online and and who they actually bought from. 

But, nothing seemed to stick, There was SO much information out there and I felt overwhelmed by the idea of being inauthentic, pushy or someone I wasn't just to make a sale. 

I have never been one to fit into a mold, or to be satisfied being a copy of someone else dreams. I wanted to be me. To be AUTHENTIC and to do it my way. 

I had to find my own way.

So... I did.

Fast Forward: Val Nichols Coaching generated $100k in 2018, $150k in 2019 and tripled our profits in 2020

Today, I have hundreds of incredible humans following my work online and do my trainings, Masterminds and course. Not to mention the select few that work with me one-on-one. 

Today, I am able to serve through my business & through my offers.

90% of my business growth & expansion has been through ORGANIC social media growth. 

I think safe to say, I have mastered the art of VISIBILITY, growth and social media. 

My Clients and followers WILDly support my work, engage on my social media pages, they buy the offers I create and they love to create community, relationships, freedom and to help others in the World. 

I have BIG LOVE for each of them. 

The strategies and the methods I have created in my journey to full joy, satisfaction and a gorgeous business that I get paid really well to be in, have deeply served me.
